Product Introduction:
The two sets of linked screw jack lift platforms produced by Shanghai Dianmai Transmission, also known as the screw jack lift platform.
It is by combining two sets of screw jacks into a synchronous lifting whole to form a lifting platform. If the platform is slightly larger, a guide device needs to be installed to maintain stability.
The components in the above figure are:
Two sets of screw jacks;
One electric motor;
One linkage rod;
Three couplings;
One hand wheel.
It should be noted that:
The motor installation can be connected through the coupling, or a mounting plate for connecting the motor can be directly installed on the screw jack, so that the motor can be directly combined with the screw jack into one, and there is no need to use the coupling for connection. However, not all working conditions are allowed, and factors such as space need to be considered.
The hand wheel can be equipped or not. Generally, only one of the motor and the hand wheel can be selected. If it is electric, it needs to be hand-cranked. If it is hand-cranked, the motor is not needed. If there are special circumstances, special treatment is required.
There are various motors that can be equipped, such as stepper motors, servo motors, three-phase motors, single-phase motors, etc., which are all commonly used configurations.
The above figure shows the combination method of placing the motor on one side. If the space is not satisfied, the motor can also be placed in the middle for combination, and these can all be flexibly applied, see the figure below.
This combination method is to add an additional steering gearbox. Generally, when the space is not satisfied, this installation method will be selected. Because the added steering gearbox is a gear structure, and the gear structure will have noise, that is to say, this combination method will have a little more noise than the above one.
