Product Introduction:

The JWM worm gear screw lift is a brand-new product elaborately designed and produced by Shanghai Dianmai Transmission. It skillfully combines the reduction system of the worm gear and worm structure with the screw rod to form a linear lifting unit for the stroke. Compared with the traditional screw lift products of this series, although the principle is similar, it has the advantages of a more compact structure, a smaller volume, more diverse installation methods, and higher reliability.

There are two forms of this product, namely the screw lift structure and the nut lift structure. The screw lift form has a relatively low cost and is suitable for working conditions where there is not a high demand for space and obstacles are not allowed in the lifting space; while the nut lift structure is suitable for platforms with relatively compact space and guiding devices.

The input methods of the JWM series of lifts are rich and diverse. It can be manual cranking, and it can also be equipped with motors, reducers, etc. The specific choice can be made according to the actual required speed and torque. It can be used alone or in multiple sets in a linked manner, and it also has the self-locking function when under heavy pressure after power failure, that is, when it stops running, if it is subjected to gravity, it will not slide or sink and can keep the position unchanged.
