Description

When in normal use, the eight synchronous screw elevator platform should be sufficient. Commonly used ones include four-linkage, six-linkage, eight-linkage, and larger ones such as 10-linkage and 16-linkage, but they are seldom used. The components in the above figure include: one motor, three steering boxes, eight screw elevators, etc. as the main accessories combined, as well as a number of small accessories such as linkage rods and couplings, forming the eight synchronous screw lifting platform.

The advantages of combining into a lifting platform are: synchronous lifting, good stability, and greater load. It should be noted that the screws of the screw elevators shown in the picture are all facing downwards, but when actually doing it, it can be made facing upwards, and the upward ones are more commonly used.

Referring to the above figure, we can see that this combination method is that the steering box is placed on the side. Generally, the reason for doing this is that there is no position for the steering box or the motor in the middle, so this installation method will be chosen. The motor can also be placed on the side, but for the eight-linkage screw lifting platform, placing it on one side is a test for the input shaft of the elevator. When designing, this point needs to be taken into account.
