Gain a deeper understanding of elevators

In our daily life and work, we often hear the term “elevator.” In fact, an elevator is a type of lifting machinery that can vertically transport people or goods. In logistics systems such as factories and automated warehouses, it is also a key equipment for vertical conveying. On the elevator platform, various types of flat conveying equipment are usually assembled, serving as a connecting link between conveyor lines at different heights.

Since elevators generally use hydraulic drive, they are also known as hydraulic elevators. Their uses are extremely wide-ranging. In addition to transporting goods between different heights, they also play an important role in municipal maintenance, airports, docks, cargo transportation in logistics centers, and building decoration fields.

Elevators have the significant feature of free lifting, which allows them to show their capabilities in many scenarios. For example, after being equipped with devices such as car chassis and electric vehicle chassis, they can move freely and flexibly, effectively expanding the spatial range of the working height. At the same time, they also have advantages such as light weight, self-propelled movement, electric start, self-supporting legs, simple operation, large working surface, and especially the ability to easily cross obstacles and perform 360-degree free rotation in high-altitude operations.

In recent years, elevator products have been continuously innovating and upgrading. For example, there are now diesel-electric dual-use rotary elevators, and newly developed and produced battery-powered aerial work platform elevators are particularly distinctive. They use battery drive to achieve battery lifting and have stepless speed change functions, which not only make users’ high-altitude operations safer and more convenient but also greatly reduce noise and achieve the goal of environmental protection and energy saving.

It is worth mentioning that there are also many types of (screw elevators), including: (SWL worm screw elevators), (JWM spiral elevators), etc.
