(Worm and worm gear reducer), as a common and important transmission device, plays a key role in many fields with its unique structure and performance advantages.

The working environment temperature is usually between -40 and 45°C. If the ambient temperature is lower than 0°C, the lubricating oil should be preheated to above 0°C before starting. The worm and worm gear reducer adopts single-stage worm reduction transmission, which complies with the industry recommended standard JB/T7935—95 (formerly the national standard GB9147—88), and this standard reaches the international level of the 1990s. The full series covers three types, 16 center distances, and 12 speed ratios. The input power range is between 0.39 and 189KW, and the output torque is between 107 and 13500N.m. The arc cylindrical worm shaft can operate in both forward and reverse directions. The input speed does not exceed 1500r/min, and the working environment temperature is -40 to 40 degrees. When the working environment temperature is lower than 0 degrees, the lubricating oil must be heated to above 0 degrees before starting; when the working environment temperature is higher than 40 degrees, corresponding cooling measures must be taken.

1. The gears used are high-strength low-carbon alloy steels. After carburizing and quenching treatment, the tooth surface hardness can reach HRC58 – 62. Moreover, the gears are all processed by gear grinding technology, with high precision and good contact performance. 2. The transmission efficiency is excellent, and the three-stage transmission efficiency is greater than 90%. 3. It operates smoothly and generates low noise. 4. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, long service life, and high load-carrying capacity. 5. Both disassembly inspection and installation operations are relatively simple.
