During the operation of the (elevator), hydraulic oil plays a crucial role. The hydraulic oil, which is generated by the vane pump at a certain pressure, is first filtered through an oil filter to remove impurities and ensure the cleanliness of the oil. Then, it passes through a series of precision components such as an explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve, throttle valve, pilot-operated check valve, and balance valve before entering the lower end of the cylinder. In this process, the piston in the cylinder is pushed by the hydraulic oil and begins to move upward, thereby achieving the purpose of lifting heavy objects. At this time, the return oil from the upper end of the cylinder passes through the explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve and returns to the oil tank.

When it is necessary to move the piston in the cylinder downward, that is, to lower the heavy object, the hydraulic oil enters the upper end of the cylinder through the explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve, and the return oil from the lower end of the cylinder passes through the balance valve, pilot-operated check valve, throttle valve, and explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve in sequence, eventually returning to the oil tank. To ensure that the descent of the heavy object is smooth, the braking is safe and reliable, a balance valve is specially set up on the return oil circuit. The balance valve can balance the circuit, maintain pressure, and ensure that the descent speed is not affected by changes in the weight of the heavy object. At the same time, the throttle valve is used to regulate the flow, thereby precisely controlling the lifting speed.

To further enhance the safety and reliability of braking and prevent accidents, a pilot-operated check valve, also known as a hydraulic lock, has been added. This device can ensure that in the event of an accidental burst of the hydraulic pipeline, immediate safety self-locking is achieved to avoid serious accidents caused by the sudden fall of heavy objects. In addition, the elevator is equipped with an overload voice-controlled alarm, which can effectively distinguish between overload conditions and equipment failure.

In terms of electrical control, the system controls the rotation of the motor and the reversing of the explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve through explosion-proof buttons SB1—SB6, thereby maintaining the lifting or lowering of the load. Moreover, through the “LOGO” program, the time delay can be flexibly adjusted to effectively avoid shortening the service life of the motor due to frequent starting, ensuring that the elevator operates stably and efficiently.
